A team of qualified pilates instructors and chartered physiotherapists trained in clinical pilates are available to teach one to one sessions or for groups of up to 4 people in our fully equipped pilates studio using reformers, cadillacs, combo chair,barrels, arcs and more.
Mat work courses allow for upto groups of 8 working progressively to improve core strength stamina and flexibity with a qualified instructor for short courses of 6 - 8 weeks. Mats and all props are provided.
