We are an enthusiastic team of multi-skilled individuals providing a friendly service from our clinics in Bracknell, Wentworth, Windsor, Slough and Crowthorne. The team of Chartered Physiotherapists, Pilates Instructors and Acupuncturists aim to provide a more integrated approach to the complete provision of care. Working in close liaison with a variety of local and national medical groups we have prompt access to consultant orthopaedic surgeons, sports physicians, consultant neurosurgeons and podiatrists. All practitioners are registered with all major private health insurance companies and the clinic is regognised by BUPA, AXA PPP and Nuffield Health.

Our Pilates Studios are fully equipped with beautiful Body Balance equipment - providing individual and small group classes.
